Important Note on Frozen Bait: For health and safety reasons, frozen bait is a perishable product and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you’re available to receive these items when delivered.

Order Process:

• We process orders within 1-2 business days

Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though such changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

We ship to most international locations except Asia and certain remote areas. Our shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
• Frozen bait and other perishable items cannot be returned
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Return Process:

2. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship to the provided address using a tracked service
5. Email us the tracking number

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, with funds returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
