If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached – just as we sent them to you.
Note on Frozen Bait: Due to the perishable nature of these products, Frozen Bait cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you’re available to receive these items when delivered.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to return or exchange your fishing gear:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (we’ll provide the specific returns address in our email).
- Notify Us: Email us with your tracking number so we can monitor your return.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we’ve received and processed your return. Standard shipping times will apply.
